Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH) are grave and unacceptable violations of human rights. H2 Asset Inc. (“H2AI”) is fully committed to fostering a workplace and investment environment that is free from such abuses. This SEAH policy aims to define H2AI’s stance on SEAH and its preventive measures, response mechanisms, and procedures.

 Actual or threatened physical intrusions of a sexual nature.

Harassment

Any unwelcome conduct based on gender, sexuality, or any other defining characteristic that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.

V. Principles

Zero Tolerance

H2AI has zero tolerance towards any form of SEAH. All reported incidents will be taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and perpetrators held accountable.

Confidentiality

 All reports will be treated with utmost confidentiality, ensuring the safety and privacy of victims and whistleblowers.

Non-Retaliation

There will be strict measures against retaliation to protect those who report SEAH incidents.

Prevention

Continual training, awareness campaigns, and rigorous vetting processes will be employed to prevent SEAH within the organization.

VI. Implementation

Reporting Mechanisms

Establish clear channels through which SEAH violations can be reported, such as dedicated hotlines or email systems.

Training and Awareness

Mandatory SEAH training sessions for all employees and partners. Regularly update the workforce about SEAH prevention and response measures.

Vetting and Due Diligence
